Shane Twomey is the Principal Consultant and Founder of Organisation Dynamics, an independent Organisation, Change and Management Consultancy specialising in assisting organisations gain maximum value from their employees’ productivity. He has 25 years experience in Human Resources, Organisation Design and Change Management, having worked with both indigenous companies & private and public sector - and multi-national organisations.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Shane also holds an MBS in Human Resources from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. He is a Registered Coach with Henley Management School where he completed their Executive Coaching Programme. Shane is Level 1 Certified with the British Psychological Society and is
a Chartered Member of the Institute of Management Consultants & Advisers.

Shane has written articles and lectured on various aspects of Human Resources Management and Employment Law.

Karen Brosnan has worked as a consultant, facilitator, trainer and executive coach in the public and private sectors since 2000. She has worked with senior management groups to carry out organisational reviews, to develop and implement strategic plans, to design and implement PMDS, and to design and implement quality/evaluation systems.

Prior to working in consultancy, she worked as a trainer in management development, team building and communications skills programmes. She also worked as a lecturer, teacher, examiner, adjudicator, and director. Karen is best known for her facilitation and communications skills. Her academic background in business, drama and philosophy allows her to look creatively and systemically at organisational challenges.

Karen has worked with Organisation Dynamics on a range of Coaching and Consulting projects.

Jackie Prendergast is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway and of the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin.  She is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (M.C.I.P.D.) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Management Consultants & Advisers (IMCA). 
Jackie has worked in a variety of Human Resources roles including working as an Advisory Officer with the Labour Relations Commission and as HR Manager. She excels in delivering a range of services to both organisations and individuals to help them reach their full potential and is also a Business Mentor with Dublin City Enterprise Board.

Jackie has provided support to Organisation Dynamics on a range of Human Resource assignments.
