Strategy – Do you have a clear Vision on how to achieve your Purpose? What will it take to make it real?

Culture – What behaviours do you need to drive success? Are they the same behaviours for your previous Strategy?

Capabilities – What Capabilities do you

Performance – Have you aligned your People’s Performance to the new Strategy?

Engagement – Are your people engaged with and bought into your new Vision and Strategy?
