The achievements of an organisation are the results of the combined effort of the individual

Implement an Effective Performance System

Every organisation has a purpose and relies on the members of the organisation to achieve that purpose. But most Performance Systems are greeted by managers and employees alike with, at best, indifference and at worst active hostility. As a result, these systems exist in a parallel world and bare little resemblance to the actual performance of the year.

Getting it Right

However, it does not have to be this way. Getting it right can have a significant impact on the business - up to 20% in increased performance. Successful organisations realise that staff have several needs in relation to the management of their performance. Answering the following questions should be at the core of every performance system - both formal and informal.

Organisation Dynamics will work with you ensure that the manner in which you manage performance is simple, but not simplistic, easy to understand and transparent. The focus of such a process should be the regular conversation between the manager and his staff answering 4 key questions. Any system should be supportive and should not get in the way of doing business.
